Meditation Sessions

The Buddhist Society of Canada offers meditation classes and online meditation sessions. Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced meditator all are welcome. Currently all meditation sessions are being held over Zoom and Discord.

Sunday Evening Meditation

Come join us for a guided meditation to help relax, unwind and prepare to meet the upcoming week with mindfulness and wisdom.

 

Session will be held over Zoom

 All times are Central Standard Time.

7:30 pm – 30 min guided meditation followed by a short Dhamma reflection

Morning Meditation on Discord

Join us for morning meditation, Monday to Friday, from 5:00 – 7:00 AM (Central Standard Time) in the Silent Meditation Room on our Discord server.


This is a quiet and supportive time to begin the day with mindfulness and peace. You’re welcome to join for the full session or just drop in whenever and stay for as long or as short amount of time as suits your schedule. Everyone is welcome.

Evening Meditation on Discord

Join us for evening meditation, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 – 9:00 PM (Central Standard Time) in the Silent Meditation Room on our Discord server.


This is a quiet and supportive time to end the day with mindfulness and peace. You’re welcome to join for the full session or just drop in whenever and stay for as long or as short amount of time as suits your schedule. Everyone is welcome.
